If your service does not meet your expectations, you may ask for a refund within 14 days of the completion of the job. A partial refund, less your deposit, may be issued if the two parties cannot come to an agreement based on a reasonable assessment of the work performed.

1. Go to support@ctpinnaclepainters.com and explain the reason you would like a refund. Someone from our refund department will be in contact within 24-48 hours or the submitted request.

2. If it is determined that a refund is warranted based on your request, we will refund a partial amount (less your deposit) to the payment method used to place your original order within 5-7 business days.
